WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup
Curbside pickup is available only for pick up order. Pick ups are available from Sunday to Thursday between 11 am to 4 pm. An email confirmation will be sent to you when your order is ready for pick up.
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders above 99 JODs.
Other Shipping Fees
We also offer shipping at the following rates:
Standard Express
Price 3 JODs 5 JODs
Days 7-15 Days 1 Day
We will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. Once your order packaged, we will send an email with your tracking information.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Prices might vary for orders outside Amman.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
